*SunRay, unlike many manufacturers, does not use wires to conduct FAR Infrared heat, rather we apply the perfect thickness of ultra-conductive carbon to an epoxy resin panel activated by positive and negative copper strips on either side. The epoxy resin panel is then laminated which results in ultra low EMF levels safe for continuous use.*
SunRay Saunas carry a 7-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. We ship our saunas directly from our warehouse to your door. All units are brand new in the box. We ship anywhere in the USA within 8-10 business days for in stock models. Stock changes frequently so please contact us if you need a specific delivery date. In stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
